We purchased this facility in 2026, but its story dates back to the 1960s, when it was first built. Since then, it has been part of the local landscape, and our goal is to restore and maintain it as a trusted home base for small businesses and local families. For years, we rented units and ran our small business out of four units. Since then, we have desired to give our community small businesses and families the same opportunity to use this facility as a true “Home Base” so you too can be successful and move into the next chapter of your life.
